  • H1B stamped by previous employer and New petition to re-enter US

    Hello All,
I have a got a confusion in my mind and looking for a help here!!
    My question is :
My H1B got stamped by my previous employer ABC valid till jan 2010.
Then I got my H1B transfered to new employer XYZ. I go petition and all docs.
    Petition is valid till 2012.

Now I am visiting my home country this NOV 2008 and coming back to us on DEC 2008 only.and will I be able to re- enter US without any problems?
Or do i have to re-stamp my visa which shows my new employer ?

    Thanks,

In FAQ it says that if your visa from older employer is not expired and valid..
then you can enter. What does exactly mean by valid? Visa not expired means it is valid or something else?

Unexpired H1b visa is a valid visa when it is accompanied by a valid I797 from another employer for the same person.
