Form DS 157 for minor child(H4 Visa)

Hi,

Do I need to fill form ds 157 for a child who is one year old for H4 Visa?

Because i filled the Form DS 156 online for the kid but i am not getting form DS 157.

Please it is urgent.

No. If it was not offered online, it means so.

Hi,
As mentioned - DS-157 is only for applicants who are between 16 and 55 years. So not required for your child.
