H1 - H4 - Employer change

Hi all,

I am H1B visa holder. The employer who filed my H1 is XYZ. After coming here, I got my H1 transferred to ABC. Now I am working for company ABC.
My Visa is valid for one more year. If I need to file H4 for my dependent thru ABC, should I get my VISA stamped again???
