is my COS approved?

Hi Experts

My H1b petitions' online status says

Application Type: I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER

Current Status: Approval notice sent.
---------

1. Does it mean it approved with COS?
2. Is online status different if approved with COS? or
3. I have to wait for approved petition (not yet received from USCIS) to see if new I-94 is attached?

In short I want to make sure if it is approved with COS or not by understanding online status.
