Changes required in DS 156 form - Juarez

Hi,

When I fill up form, I made 2 mistakes:

1. I forgot to mention my Middle name in DS 156 form. I figure out that I can not change. So I have added middle name in Other Names.
2. For Question: Name and address of contact person or organization
I mentioned my employer name but by mistake I mention my address instead of my company's address.

My questions are:

Are these minor changes necessary to be corrected?

Will I able to make any addition/correction in form DS 156 at Visa Consulate in Juarez. In India, they allow but I am not sure at Juarez.

These are minor change. Should I require to make changes or is that ok and I do not need to make correction? Please advice ASAP.

1 Yes you can add the name in the hard copy of the DS156
2 That is fine, there should not be any issue regarding the address
