H1B visa extension

Hi,

I am having my H1B visa from my previous employer. Currently I am in US, and I am working for a new employer now. My current H1B visa is getting expired on Feb, 2009. I am planning to goto India during Jan, 2009 and I am planning to return back to US during Feb,2009. But my current H1B visa is getting expired on Feb,2009 so I have to re-stamp my H1B visa. So

1. How can I re-stamp my H1B visa?, What is the procedure for that?
2. Do I need to fill I-156, I-157 again?
4. How much will be fees for re-stamping?

Please help me out for this. I appreciate your help. Thanks!
