H1 with prev employer, want to travel to US to work

Hi

I have a H1 from my prev employer say A, which has not been cancelled. I am presently with B. I want to travel to US and work.

1. Can I get the H1 transferred in India to some other employer and travel on H1?
2. Suppose I travel to US on L1 with my current employer B, can I join another organization, say C, by transferring the H1 from A to C, while being in US with B on L1?
