urgent...!!!! .help...!!! Can a person hold L2 and H1 B visa ?

Hi All,

I have applied for a L2 Visa for my wife. Meanwhile, Her H1B was selected in the Lottery. So now i have put a hold on L2 visa. Still her H1B date is not confirmed. So we dont know what to do...

1. Can we process both and can she have both L2 and H1B stamped?
2. If she gets her L2 visa stamped and if she get her H1B, will L2 gets cancelled?
3. Should she need to inform her company about L2?
