H1B Transfer - Sr Please advice

Hi,
I am planning for H1B transfer from company A to Company B. I submitted 3 weekly paystubs dated till August end for the H1B transfer with company B.

In the month of September i was in bench for allowances from company A(No documents for it).
Please let me know whether the Transfer documents are eligible???

Being on the bench is out of status. You need to file with the DOL to get the wages due to you. If you just applied for a transfer, it may be denied due to you being OOS.

Depending on when you applied for the transfer, USCIS will request latest paystubs. Employer is required to pay you by law and benching without pay is illegal. Look for WH4 form and complain. Search for Neufield memo on the forum and read it.
