H4 Visa Stamping

Dear Sirs,

I am working for a company A and got new full time job joined company B
i have valid visa of company A till Oct 2010. I got new h1 papers with company B till Jan 2011 but I do not have stamping of company B.

My Question:

My family is planning to visit India, they do not have valid visa and all of them have latest I94 till Jan 2011.

When they go for stamping in India. do i need to have my visa stamped of company B or will they get visa based on my company A visa??????

Please advice.

Hi,

If you read FAQ's by txhb1 or Search on this forum - you will get all ur answers.
Anyway,as you have Valid H1 Papers (I-797) from Company B.
So for your family -H4 Visa - they need to carry your new I-797 petition (Company B) and other documents as mentioned in the immihelp list.

You don't require a stamping from company A- as long as you are in US with valid I-94 .
But if you also go to India and your H1 visa in passport from Company A is expired -then you need a new stamping from company B.
