Do not lie about your sister being in the US. If the lie is discovered, you can be permanently banned from any entry into the US.
Every interview is unique; there is no point in trying to guess the questions asked. Just answer whatever is asked truthfully.
Just attend the interview with the papers you currently have from your employer and your documents. If more information is required, you will be notified to submit them after yor interview.
