H1 (221-g): going for H4
Got H1 papers, Embassy had issued blue(221-g)
form for need of addition documents from my employer. Employer is unable to get the req docs so he is taking time to provide those docs
My wife is currently working in US, Now I am planning to US on H4. My employer telling that he is expecting docs at any moment, but we are fed up as i have been waiting for the past five months with no exact status from my employer.
Question-1
Can I go for stamping for H4 while my H1 is pending? If I got H4 stamped does this affect my H1 pending case.
Question-2
If I got stamped and goes to US on H4, and then if my employer provides the req docs while i am in US can I change the status from H4 to H1. Will be there any time delay to get H1
