H4 Visa Extension

I am on H-1B and recently got an extension of 3 years as my I-485 is under processing. I and my wife are supposed get our passport stamped with US visa before we get in US (if we leave the country). My wife has a H4 visa. She is planning to go on vacation. Can she go alone and get her visa stamped (considering she has a dependent visa) while I continue to be in US?
