RFE for H1B

Hi all,

I got an RFE from my Employer on 8th August. They resubmitted the docs
back to USCIS on 24th August I want to know 2 things.

1. How long will the US Consulate take time to process my resubmitted H1
B documents.
2. Do I face any risk of rejection of my H1B due to these RFE's.

Please do the needful to resolve my concerns. Thanks.

How can one give you directions without knowing the address?
