H1 got approved and Planning for L1

Hi,
I am a silent member of this forum and this forum is helping a lot every reader of this forum.

I have applied for H1 this year and got approved, planning to attend H1 stamping in next month.
here is the problem I am working for MNC company in India and they don’t know about my H1. Now the company is planning to apply L1 for me and the company is not ready to send on H1.

Please clarify the following….

1. So now if company applied for L1 what is the status of H1 and is there any impact on my H1?
2. Shall I go on L1 to USA even after my H1 got approved?
3. what is the last date to go for stamping approved H1 case?
