H1 in English & H4 in regional language

Hi Friends,

I am regular reader of this forum since I received my I797 for H1B visa.

I need your suggestion about Visa Interview; I am planning to stand for H1B & H4 (For my wife & son) visa interview in November. So I just want to know that,

1. My interview will be in English.
2. H4 interview is possible in regional language (gujarati) at the same time (together)

Or I should wait for my result then we do for H4 if I get stamped…

So please advice…. Really I need it badly…

If you apply together, then the questions for H4 will be very limited. The language choice will be english. If you want different language, you can try at that time of the interview.

You can book separate appointment in regional language if that is how you want to move forward.

You can take your family along with you is better

You can take your family members along with you is always good, because you are there with them, so they will ask most of the questions to you only, even though when they ask the questions to your family members, you are there to help, is it right.
