How to update H1 Visa appointment to add spouse & child

Hi,

I took an appointment for H1B Visa for nov 5th and now i want to add my spouse & child to the same appointment. Can any one tell me how to update existing visa appointment to add spouse & child details.

You have to add them initially. You cannot add them later on. You drop yours and take a separate one including others depending on availability, if you wish.

If a bus has 10 seats and you reserve your seat, later come back and want to add 3 more seats, would it be possible if all seats were taken?
