I got Dec 4th date in Halifax

Any reviews about this place? I am going for extension visa stamping, I'd already got mine once in Toronto for F1 to H1.

Does anyone know when they give out if all is well. same day? next day? I read somewhere that Halifax is open only Tuesday and Thursday.. so do I have to wait until Tuesday after my Thursday interview to get back my passport?

Also, I'd like to know.. about where is scotiabank, where to stay. how to get to consulate from airport? do I need to rent a car.. etc etc..
