change in status from l1- H1, required docs

Hi all,

Please clear my doubts.

Iam in USA working for a company ( we have got H1 B a year ago and was on L1 earlier with TCS and about year ago I moved to this without traveling to India,) since one year on H1 B and I will be going to India to get my multiple entry visa stamped on my passport. Can you let me know what documents I need to have to get my visa stamped, General docs are like

1. pay slips and year end tax returns I had to carry with me.
2. Employment verification letter from this company
3. Employment contract, H1 B kit of documents, company brochure etc;
4. i2t2 premises photographs
5. 6, 7 etc; what are the other docs I need to carry.

Do I need to carry client letter.

do I need to take a releiving letter or no objection certificate from my previous employer when i was on L1 status.

Just carry whatever is mentioned on immihelp. No need of any special letters from L1 employer.

What is the timeline for Premium processing of COS from L1 to H1 at California Service center? Got receipt number already. How many days they may take for decision on this case.
