Hello everyone,I am new on this site and \i have tried to read as much of your questions and answers but I couldn't find anything similar to my issue.
I have a 10 years visitor visa B1/B2 issued in 2005. I have been to the USA only once with this visa.
The second time I've had a H2B visa (work and travel programme) from april-end of july 2008. Before the visa ended I applied for a change of status to visitor visa B1/B2. My case is received but still pending. Meantime, I left the USA and got back to Europe where I got a new job. I would like to come and visit some friends for Christmas, is it possible? Thank you!
