Inform USCIS about COS

Hello,

I'm on L1A in the US. I've filed for H1b this year with COS, got selected in lottery and the status is pending still.

To void the COS, I travelled to Dubai and came back to the US on Oct 06 2008 with new I94 on L1A.

Should I inform USCIS about my travel so thay they can void the COS or do I have to inform H1 employer about it ?

Do nothing.
