Hello,
I'm in the US working for company A on L1B visa.
I got my H1 filed through company B (no COS). My H1B is approved and since it's not COS, if I've to work on H1, I either have to file for COS through company B or go to my home country stamp and come back on H1.
But my question is:
a) is it really important to work on H1 ?
b) What if I do not work on H1 at all ? Any problems ?
c) I've my L1B valid till Nov 09 and company A is planning to file for extension later. In this case, will USCIS send an RFE to company A to enquire about H1 ?
d) How to avoid company A about getting to know about my H1 ? I do want to create unnecessary problems with company A
Thanks.
