H1 stamped, want to travel on B1 for a short business trip

Hello,

I hold a valid H1 from employer ABC and plan to go to US in Feb-Mar.

Now my current employer wants me to travel on my B1 to US for a short business trip.

Both the H1 and B1 are valid.
So is it possible to travel on B1 now....Will it cause any problems if i travel..

You can travel on B1 and can hold both B1/H1 visas in the passport. No issues or problems to anticipate.

H1 just stamped for an Employer ZZZ...and my current employer YYY wants me to utilize my B1 for 5 weeks...

Immigration officers at the POE....what is they see my H1

If they see your H1 they will arrest you and lock you up in dark and you will never see daylight again
