Case closed at our office

I recd thie email from DOS, NEW DELHI

"Your case has been returned to the Kentucky Consular Center in the United States. You may contact the USCIS office for further information. Please consider this case closed at our office. A letter was sent to you stating the same on October 20, 2008."

What does "this case closed at our office" MEAN?
Does that mean that my case is REVOKED ?
