How to Apply for H1B Visa from USA

Hi
I am from India, and after marriage I came over to USA on H4 Visa. I want to apply for H1B Visa. Please give me information on how to apply for H1 and good consultants to deat with.

first get a job who will sponsor ur H1B. Things will start from there itself.
