H4 Doubt

Hi All,

I got one question regarding H4 from India.

Presently my wife is on F1 in USA and I am on H1-B.

I am planning to go for H4 for her and I found out that I should do it before January 2009, otherwise I need to pay the complete tution fees of around 13,000$.

So if I send her back to india and apply from here, will it cause any problem in US Embassy in India. I mean will they delay for any reason.

What do you mean by send her to India and apply from here? She has to appear for H4 interview in there and apply at the consulate.
