Do you need a Canada US Embassy date for Stamping?

I have December 4th Date in Halifax Canada.

I am not going and would like to cancel it.. if any one of you need it I will be happy to give the date to you..

I dont think these appointments are transferrable

but, if you email me I will coordinate with you as to when I will cancel and you can start looking soon after that and grab it..
