H1B Renewal

Hi All,

I am working under H1B visa
It expires on OCT-2009.
Can I apply for renewal in 2008 ?
I have to visit on FEB-2009
So, at that time Can I get stamping ?

YOu do not need stamping if you extend. Its needed only to re-enter. So you can do that whenever you plan to visit again. And I think you cannot apply for extension more than 6 months in advance of the expiry date.

Renewal allowed only 6 months prior to I-94 expiry.
