Hi,
I am on H1B visa and my visa on my passport is valid until April 17 2009. I am planning to go to India in Dec and I want to know if there are any USCIS rules that will restrict
me from going to India (as I don't plan to get my visa stamped in India) I want to get it done after I come back from India.
I have my I-797 that shows that my new visa renewal which has my H1 validity until April 2011.
Please advice so I can plan accordingly.
