where can i attend for the consulate

this is Venu.
my native is hyderabad (andhra pradesh) .my passport
has issued in hyderabad. currently im working in delhi.
is there a possibility to attend for the h1b visa interview
in delhi.
please reply soon.

Look on VFS website FAQs. If you have established a residence for 6 months or more, you can.
