h1b transfer
I have a valid h1b visa stamped for employer X.
but still I have not joined the employer X.
Right now I am working with employer Y in India.
And my employer Y is ready to proccess for transfer my H1B visa
.
so my question is :
*Is it possible to transfer my visa from india and without join the employer X in USA. Because for this process they want 2 to 3 pay stub from US employer X(if i am not wrong).
Please guide me to do my H1B visa transfer process in this scenario.
