Pease HELP! - Filling up DS157 for stamping on Dec5th in Delhi

Hi,

I got laid off from the company A on 8/29/2008 (friday) and filed the premium H1B transfer to another company B on 9/19/2008, and joined the company on 9/22/2008. After some time I got the approval and I797 all fine. Now I'm going to Delhi for stamping, and here is my problem:

I was trying to take online appointment for Delhi consulate and filling the form DS157. This form asks for the last 2 jobs and their dates of joining and leaving. I'm afraid if I put 8/29 in that for the end date of company A, but here I got approval by 9/22 - could there be any serious repurcussions?

Alternatively, what do you suggest/recommend for filling up the DS-157 form online?

Hi,

If you have to put correct information.
End Date of your last employer , you have to put as per the Experience Letter of that employer.(It has to match)
