My Situation is :
1. I got my h4 stamped in chennai consulate by 2004 march and I am living in Us since 2005 september, I am in h4 visa extension now and I got my H1b approval by this oct 2008 mentioning in my approval notice that H1b (chennai). I hear from some of friends that it says that i need to get stamping from chennai consulate before i start to work .
My question is :
1. If i get my h1b stamping rejected in chennai , Will I be able to get my h4 stamping to return back to US ?
2. Will i be able to fix an appointment for both h1b and h4 visas before i leave US ?
