Applaying for H1 and H4 Stamping Simultaneously

This is Madhavi......

I came to us in june 2007 on H4 visa and applied for H1 in april 2007 when i was in india.... I got my H1 approval in oct 2007, and my lawyer applied for change of status in oct....... but it is denied.... and asked me to get h1 stamping in india chennai consulate.........

Recently i Got my h4 visa extension....... Now My question is...

Can i apply for both H4 and H1 stamping at the same time........?

I am worried that if I get any REF during My H1 stamping, can i apply for h4
stamping immediatly.........which visa stamping should i get done first....?

Please post ur suggestions on this ASAP.......

Your Question is little bit confusing to me.

How can u do it(for the same person)!!!!!!

Its ur personal descision - whether u want to come on H4 or H1.
On H1 - u have to start working/on payroll-the day u land in US. So if u think that u will not be able to work (due to lack of projects or other personal reasons) -then don;t think abt H1 at all.

As mentioned - its my view/suggestion
