221(g) white received - Mumbai Consulate H1 Visa

Hi,

I had attended H1 Visa interview on 26th Nov & got the 221(g) white..

In that VO has marked require below docs.
1. Petitioner letter to USCIS
2. Full In house project details
3. Complete list of employee with all the details
4. Education Evaluation.

& they told me to come again with said docs asap.

Can anybody guide me what will happen when I'll go with these docs.

they will just take docs OR issue visa..

It seems you have a non-IT degree or 15 years education that is why they asked for education evaluation.

Rest of the documents aren't special and usually consulate ask these documents
for evaluating your employer's credentials.

Just follow the instructions you have received. If all docs are perfect then there should not be any reason for denying visa. Rest is upto VO.

That is what Education Evaluation is. Your degree and IT exp. will be evaluated.

As I said, if all docs listed in 221 are produced, you should be fine.

I got some update from my friends about Mumbai Consulate like they are just collecting docs saying " we get back to you after review of your docs"

So what is opinion ? How much time they will take to for further process or visa stamping ?
