H1 Transfer pending for more than 1 year

My H1 transfer has been pending approval for more than 1 year now.

- H1 transfer to company B from company A, was initiated around first week of September, 2007.
- Got RFE in between for which the required documents were submitted and the processing resume on 22nd August, 2008.
- The transfer receipt original is with me.
- Have been working with this company B since September, 2007 after receiving the transfer receipt.

What is the best thing to do in this scenario?
- am still working on an assignment through company B.
- can another H1 transfer be initiated in this scenario to another company C.

Any information and input will be greatly appreciated.

My H1 transfer has been pending approval for more than 1 year now.

- My VISA is expiring in Sept, 2009

What is the best thing to do in this scenario?
- am still working on an assignment through company B.
- can another H1 transfer be initiated in this scenario to another company C, a premium processing.
