I would be very grateful if you can help me with the following question:
I was working for a "A" employer and transferred my H1-B visa to a new company "B", however even after sending it for premium processing it went into "Security Check'. My wife had to leave the country because of some emergency in India and her H4 with my previous employer "A" was valid till September 2008. My H1-B with company "A" is valid till July 2010. My new visa with company "B" is pending and I have the pending receipt notice.
I would like to confirm whether whether my wife can travel back to USA on my previous employers Visa (Valid till 2010) and a pending current employer visa receipt. I have already mailed her my previous employers I-797 original approval receipt and original copy of mine and her's pending visa with the new company. She has her visa interview scheduled for December 01, 2008.
I would really appreciate any assistance in this regard.
