    Hi approved but no jobs

    Hello,

    I've an approved H1 petition and a visa but I still do not have any job. The market situation in the US is really bad.
    The employer (desi consultant) is asking me to make a **** CV with some **** experience and **** degree. Is this legally allowed ?

    Will the companies come to know about it.

    How come **** exp and degree would be legal ?
