Question on number 30 on DS-156 - Have you ever been issued a US Visa

In question 30 they have asked " Have you ever been issued a US visa" and "enter additional visa issuance's here"

Now I entered US on E3 visa and later changed to H1B visa.
I am going to India for the stamping of H1B visa.

Now is approval notice of my H1B same as issue of a US visa?
Again my question is do I need to enter here my details from the approval notice of H1B or should I just enter the details of my E3 visa which is stamped on my passport.

Petition approval is not same as a visa. Fill in your E visa details there.

Can you please tell something about E3 visa. Is it hard to get one. What they ask in interview.Do you have any ties to australia or how did you prove ties to australia.

I planning to apply for E3 very soon.I don't have any family or property in australia .Just wanted to ask is there any other way we can prove ties to australia
