H4 visa for stamp with no h1 stamp

I am on H1b and my employer is applying for my wife H4B. Since she is in India, she will have to get the h4 stamp.
My concern is that I was earlier on L2 visa and got it converted to h1b with COS. Hence I still dont have the H1b stamp on my passport. I changed 2 employers while on H1b. This is the third
The only documents they have asked frrom me are my H1b petition and passport xerox.
Are there any more supporting documents required..especially when I dont have the stamp?

No additional docs needed other than a copy of your valid I-94 indicating H1b status from I797 and the usual stuff.
