L1-h1 Cos

Hi

I got H1 approved with COS but contnued to work on L1.

L2 to H4 was not applied for my wife. I was not aware of all the issues with COS. From the forum I guess I am Oot of status and should not have worked for L1 employer for the last 2 months. What are the options I have. For personal reasons I would like to stay in US for atleast 2 more months. Can I apply for B2 now for both me and my wife.

I am worried. Please suggest.

You are out of status and your wife is illegally present. Seek help from your attorney.
