Hi All,
I came to US on 9th Nov with my H1B visa from India. At Port of Entry in Chicago, immigration officer has mentioned the visa class as 'B1' and duration is 3 months. Duration wise, its ok buthe mentioed the class with wrong type.
Could you please guide me how to correct this? Do I have to go to Chicago Immigration office to correct this?
What are the formalities to do that? and working hours of that offuice?
Please help me in coorecting this.
