H1 Transfer filed and leave to India

Hi,

Please Help to know whether it can be done.

1. My Employer A ask me to leave India in 15 days and they are not ready to extend my H1. So I am planning to file H1 transfer with Employer B and with that receipt no I will travel to India. Once H1 transfer has been approved then I will resign my employer in India and can travel with my stamped visa which is valid till july.

2. My visa is valid till july and in my visa my employer A name is mentioned, Is I need to go for stamping or I can use the same visa till July.

Traveling outside while transfer is in progress is not recommended.
Make sure you transfer to a good employer, there are a lot of wolves out there.
