6year H1b is valid till March 2009. Labor and I 140 approved. Can we get H1B extended from india for another 3 year extension? Will be working for same employer from India rather than be in the USA?

What is the point in getting H1b extended? Your employer can if they still intend to sponsor your GC.

Once H1 B extended we can come to US again and work further after March 2009 and file for I-485 once priority dates are available.
Looks like we can extend H1B from india also?Comment
