Is H1b a Blanket Petition ?

I'm on h1b visa and going to india on vacation and I need to do stamping this time. I have the I797 and all the required document but what I'm not sure is that DD's need to be taken for stamping. I have the original HDFC reciept that was took before I made the web appointment. Other than that is there any other DD that need to be taken along with me when i go for the appointment. In the embassy website they have mention that for blanket petition needs additional DD's. I dont know what is mean by blanket petition. Is H1b considered as Blanket petition or not.

No, H1bs are not blanket but individual petitions. No additional DDs needed.
