    H1 stamping

    In october 2007 I moved from L1 to H1 and now my wife wants to leave to India in Feb 2009. I have to go for H1B stamping which country India/Canada(vancouver) would be better.

    btb, do you have any idea what is the pattern for Visa ppointment in Canada or chennai.

    You don't have to go for stamping if only your wife is traveling. You need stamping only when you travel.

      I am hoping she changed her status to H4 when you changed to L1 as well by applying for a COS specifically.
