H1B Transfer - but not stamped till now
I am right now in india and i got by H1B petiton approved. My employers is based out of chichago, USA.I went for the stamping and they have asked for additional documents. They told I dont have to appear for another interview, but just put the supporting documents in the dropbox.
I send the details to my employer and asked him to send the documents. Its 2 monts since now i have asked for the documents and i havent got it. The sadest part is that i and not able to speak to him nor he is responding to my mails. I am frustrated. Another b **** er that happend is that while going for stamping I had my L1B Visa and the counsellar cancelled my L1B also.
With above mentioned is my case and my H1B petiton approved, Can I know if I can do a H1B transfer now to another employer and get rid of my current employer who processed my H1B ? Please remember that I have gone for stamping and embassy is expecting additional documents to re-start my stamping process.
