H1 visa stamping with new petition

Hi,

I have valid H1 visa till oct-2009, I have changed my employer also have the approved H1 petition. Now I'm going to India, do I and my dependence need to get visa stamping? Suppose if not required then me and my dependence coming back to US on different dates. Is there any issue with out stamping but still had valid petition with changed employer and valid visa with old employer.

Please send me the reply at the earliest and appreciate for the help.

You do not need a visa if your visas are still valdi at the time on entry to the U.S. H1/H4 visas are good until they expire irrespective of the the employer.
