I entered US on L2, applied for EAD and got a job immediately with employer A.
The same year I got my L2 converted to H1b through a employer B. Without working for B, I got my H1 transferred to my existing employer A and resumed working.
Meanwhile, my spouse on L1 got her project ended and went back to India last month. Soon she shall be applying for her H4(I do not have H1 stamp yet)
I heard that there are issues with H4 for spouse B1-F1-H1 conversions. Are there similar concerns for my case which is L2-H1B?
