h4 and h1

would like to know whether dependent person (h4) needs to attend interview again when attended both H1B and H4 at the same time and if VFS rejects the h1 visa stamping due to additional docs (green card).

Rephrase the question as it did not make sense to me. VFS does not reject visas. Why did you apply for a visa if you have a green card?
